Building the Website That Answers an OEM Buyer's Fear

BCI Power & Global Supply — Keller, TX. Engineering-led parts sourcing and contract manufacturing for OEM production programs.

BCI Power and Global Supply website homepage designed by Texas Energy Marketers for an industrial parts sourcing company
The Client

One supplier of record, across five capabilities.

BCI Power & Global Supply is an engineering-led sourcing and manufacturing partner based in Keller, Texas. They qualify the supplier, document the quality, and deliver production volumes to schedule — domestically and internationally.

What they sell spans global parts sourcing, contract manufacturing, battery engineering, quality and compliance, and logistics and fulfillment — bought on one purchase order, with one point of accountability.

Who buys from them: OEM equipment manufacturers and industrial project supply chains — procurement teams, sourcing engineers, and EPCs running production programs where a late or non-conforming part stops a build.

The Problem

An unknown supplier's biggest obstacle isn't price. It's fear.

When an OEM procurement team or an EPC evaluates a parts source they've never bought from, they aren't comparing quotes yet. They're running a vendor screen — and the questions are all about risk.

Most supplier websites answer none of these. They lead with a stock photo of a factory floor, three sentences about commitment to excellence, and a contact form. So the buyer fills the gaps with the worst assumption available and moves to the next vendor. Nobody sends a rejection. The purchase order just goes somewhere else.
The Strategy

We built the site as a vendor-screen answer.

Every section exists to close a diligence question before it gets asked. That is the whole brief — not a brochure, not a brand statement, but a website engineered to survive scrutiny. Four decisions carried the build.
Trade codes & service coverage
Buyer question 01
Is this company real?
What answers it
Named leadership, a real facility, a real Keller address, and a published phone number — above the fold, not buried on a contact page.
Trade codes & service coverage
Buyer question 02
Are the parts authentic?
What answers it
Documented lot traceability, certificates of conformance, first article and PPAP documentation, and an explicit counterfeit-avoidance process with country-of-origin records.
Trade codes & service coverage
Buyer question 03
Can they deliver at volume?
What answers it
Supplier-of-record framing — one company, one purchase order, one point of accountability — backed by an audited partner network and staged-delivery logistics tied to the buyer's build schedule.

Buyer question 04
Who actually makes this?
What answers it
The named supply base, published openly. In an industry where everyone hides their factories, BCI does not hide the supply base — the boldest decision on the site, and the one that converts a suspicious buyer into a confident one.
